Mughal Room at Clarks Shiraz Hotel is one of Agra's most storied dining institutions — a rooftop restaurant that has been serving guests since the 1970s with what remains one of the city's most dramatic dining backdrops: simultaneous sightlines to both the Taj Mahal and Agra Fort from the same table. The vegetarian menu covers classic Mughlai preparations — paneer kormas, rich dals, biryani, and a range of tandoor breads — executed to a consistent standard.
